Dont over do it to soon after surgery!!!!!lesson learned
Well the dumb*** that i am is i decided lets not follow dr diet after all what harm could potatoe be this early after all its smooth!! Well let me clue you in on it ! It does matter i was hunddled over the toilet worshipping the dummy god throwing up every last tablespoon i had eaten. It was not fun at all and i absolutely will never happen again. PIONT TAKEN DR HENDERSON I WILL FOLLOW IT LIKE THE BIBLE.
I hate that you had to learn this lesson the hard way. It is not good to try things sometimes.
