So grumpy!

I am totally Grumpy!  I have been since yesterday..... Tomorrow is my 30 days for my vit b injection, could this be related?   I have not been in a mood like this since....I don't know when......

Estrogen release...In your fat cells are many different hormones.  Estrogen gets released as the fat cell gets smaller with weight loss.  For men it is even harder.  They feel like they are falling apart and have no idea what the reason is.  Many men have never been emotional in their lives...And then BOOM!!  As your weight starts to steady the emotions go back to a more normal level.  Yeah, I know it's weird that a guy is talking about this...But that may be the issue. 

Oh now that sounds like fun.  My poor family.
