insurance

Sometimes I feel like the insurance have you right where they want you.  They seem to drake their feet on deciding if they will pay but I thought before you even start this program they say yes or you wouldn't be able to do it.  I don't understand the hold up.  hurry up and wait even after u jump through hoops to do everything you need to do to have the surgery.
