Explanation of the three week stall...great article
I never had a stall, at 3 weeks or any other time. Just like comlications you hear from the people that had problems or stalls. The rest of us aren't going to post that we did not have a stall
"A "stall" a few weeks out is inevitable,". This is quoted from the article and in my case NOT true.

Congratulations on never having a stall. This is something I have been struggling with and found the explanation very interesting. I suppose it is the scientist in me that needs to know why things happen but I like it and feel much better when I know.
Absolutely! I've read this before and it IS very helpful. I am happy that there are some people who don't get a stall -- but those are not the ones who probably feel discouraged as they go. It can be very disheartening to eat so little and see the scale stay the same. It doesn't even seem possible!!
Just to let you know, I have had several stalls. They usually last 5 to 7 days for me -- and for me, it has taken a lot of faith not to give in to the irrational thinking that this was going to fail, too. However, after 15 weeks into my new life, I have found that my weight loss looks a lot like stair steps. I go down then level.
Anyhow, keep up the great work!! And thanks for posting this. It's a good reminder.
