Glad you joined. Way to take charge!

B 1/2c steel cut oats with but mix and 1/2 banana with peanut butter S apple with peanut butter L one piece of cracker thin crust pizza D 4 oz ground beef and 1/2 c sweet potatoes. On track for vitamins and fluids. Will do 30 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the bike this afternoon. Have a wonderful Saturday everyone!

Great menu Karen.  Can I ask you your "cracker thin crust pizza" is that just want you call it?  Is the crust made of crackers?  Is this home made or store bought? I miss pizza... so your cracker thin crust has me intrigued.

One of the restaurants near us has their own crust recipe and it is so thin it is about as thick as a cracker. It's the only place I have ever found it. Don't have it often but every now and then I get the Mexican one with lean ground beef and refried beans and extra cheese. Me and regular pizza don't get along well because they are so doughy and I can't get enough protein in because I can't eat much at a time.

Hi Karin. I don't recalling seeing you post in this thread before, so welcome! Do you use any kind of tracking program to track your calories, carbs, fat, etc.? You certainly seem to have had good results whatever method you use.

Hello everyone! Love reading all of the great posts here daily. All of your input, thoughts and honesty is so helpful to this newbie.

It was supposed to be rainy all day today but instead we had a nice sunny day. Love it! Spent some time with my daughter today, just the two of us. Very unusual since she has 4 kids and usually at least the three younger of my grandkids are with her. Also walked my little dog and had a very nice day.

Experimenting with some new menu items today, Sautéed the fish for dinner, topped it with spinach and steamed it for a few minutes. It was delish!

Looking forward to those pics, EM! Have a great evening all!

I wish I liked seafood! I've never been able to stomach it - no fish, lobster, crab - as I like to say, nothing that swims or scuttles. The fish and shrimp stats you all post always get me a little jealous. I'm hoping maybe as my tastes change I'll be able to do some fish.

Glad your new menu items tasted good and that your pouch liked them too!

Yogurt tastes may change. I used to hate all sorts of seafood but now I love any kind, even tuna!

I'm hoping! Shrimp and lobster gross me out - but a nice flakey fish? I really want to like it!
