Yes, thank you for sharing. I am new at this and am having surgery in October. I am scared to death that i won't be successful in loosing weight. This really encourages Me. Bless you for sharing.

There must have been something in the air last night because I felt like I went on a binge too! I felt so bad and guilty that I just snapped at the hubby the rest of the night. Now when I look back on it, I feel a little silly. All I had was 5 broken chips and 1/2 bag of single serve popcorn. The craving for the carbs really scared me though because that was the first time it's happened after nearly 6 months since surgery. You'll be fine. I guess we all have our moments and we both didn't like the reaction so, hopefully, that will give us the strength we need not to succumb again.

oh nooo I have no idea what must have happened but it sounds terrible :( I do have to say however-loving your new profile pic! You look great!!! I keep thinking of you while I'm in Ireland...if you could stay on track in Singapore then I can here!
