What Calcium Citrate do you take ?

I'm currently taking Celebrate Chewables but was just checking on what everyone is taking and how many a day ? I might try something else later. Thanks

I currently use an OTC calcium citrate w/Vit D, but have used Upcal-D as well as the chewables.  It all depends on what you want to do.

I take Celebrate chewable 500 and also their chewy bites.  I've also used the calcet creamy bites

I take the Walgreens brand.  

I take a SAMs club brand and 1 celebrate chewable.

Mostly I use the Kroger brand.  They are 315 mg per tablet, so I take six a day.

Sometimes I use Upcal D, which is 500 mg per serving.  That takes the place of two of the Kroger brand.

I take 6 of the CVS version of citrical petites and buy them when it is BOGO free.

I take Walgreens brand and this week they are BOGO.  I also have Bariartic advantage chews, for when I am on the go and don't have time to take 2 or 3 pills.

I mostly use the Celebrate 500 plus chewable. It's like a treat. I also keep some CVS brand of the citrical petites in the car, to make sure I get all my doses.

• I take a Costco brand that two pills are 500 ml and 500 me these I take twice a day and then I have two Carmel chewing in the afternoon for my 1500mg
