Anny you look SO SO SO SO SO GOOD! Those colours and style suit you to a T. WOW!! Love your confidence and smile, keep up the awesome work!!
Yay for size 16s, Anny! I hear you on the clothes, I finally sorted out a bunch of things that I either can't wear now because they're too big or I know I won't be able to wear when the weather becomes suitable for them again.

Um, yes. . . the shopping addiction is FOR REAL!!!! I have also found all sorts of ways to rationalize it. For instance, I haven't been able to shop for clothes that I like for over 10 years, I haven't been able to shop in a boutique in over 10 years, I have had to replace every item in my closet except socks this year, I am at goal and I deserve it, It makes me extremely happy, etc., etc. However, I realize that it is becoming a bit of a problem. I am also really good at shopping. Although I have spent some money in boutiques this year, I have also saved a lot by shopping at consignment stores and at TJMaxx, Target, sales, etc. (more rationalizing). I do need to get it under control, but I have had SO MUCH FUN. . . plus, I'm not spending as much money on food (more rationalizing). Get the picture??? Yes, I have a problem!!!!
Ocalasam - I am the exact same! I mean, I eat less, I no longer smoke, no alcohol...I can think of every excuse in the book! Granted, I need entire wardrobes as I go down in sizes, and now I need all new shoes, and I am paying a fortune for my trainer, and I have a surprise $12,000 hospital bill...so I am out of control and shouldn't be! But it's like I can't help myself! I am glad I am not the only one. Misery loves company, right? :)

I had a great weekend. We went out on the sailboat all day Sunday and Monday.Monday was a little challenging. We ran aground then we had to be towed. Then I almost feel all the side when the wind decided to take off.
I will say I am down 100 pounds and would never have went on the boat I was always too afraid. I am working on the afraid part.I did sit on the front and enjoy the scenary. It was a beautiful day.I was able to actually help and not just sit on my big fat arse.
It was a really good weekend.
Oh, sailing sounds wonderful! I'm glad you had such a nice weekend, sailing sounds like an excellent way to spend a couple of days. And I totally agree with you on feeling better when the clothes fit well.

Sounds like everyone had a fun weekend! How neat that you went out on the boat. We have a pontoon boat that hasn't been used for 3years because it was too hard for me to get around and my goal for the summer is to go out as much as I can on it. Just one of the things I used to live but quit doing when I got heavy. Post op 21 months and at 121.4 today. B 1/2 c steel cut oats with but mix and 1/2 banana with peanut butter L 31/2 oz ground beef with cheese and 1/2 c spinach S apple with peanut butter D 31/2 oz deli chicken and cheese with 1/2 c Greek yogurt S 3/4 c Greek yogurt with nuts. On track with vitamins and fluids. Exercise 3.4 miles done early today with the new dog Lily. When I finish my coffee I will do 20 minutes on the stationary bike. Hope everyone has a good Tuesday!
