Hi Finding Feather, I'm guessing from your menu that your surgery was recent. How many weeks out are you?

Hi Em and all the ladies.  So glad you all got an extra long weekend everyone.  We all need that every now and then.  Our next holiday is July 1st Canada day aka July 4th Independence Day for you guys.

Love your topic of Transfer Addiction.  I don't think I have it per se, not for shoes or clothes or jewellery things like that but I am getting "addicted" to working out (hiking, jogging, weight lifting).  So not sure if that counts.  I do not feel right if I am not getting a walk in a lunch hour and/or a hike or jog when I go home.  For example I had to work through  my lunch today (multiple "now" request**** me a work at once) and I am literally not comfortable that I have not had a walk in yet today.  So I totally get it. I have to tell you Em all my shoes don't fit me any more either, and I am a little bummed I has some brand new ones that I have not even worn yet that are miles too big!!

I love your epiphany!!  You Emily are strong, mentally physically, and emotionally. All of us are!  Look at what we have put ourselves through and how good we are all doing,.  YAY US!!

Water - a bit behind today

Daisy - you are strong!  You hike 10+ miles a day!  But yes, we all need to keep in mind that this journey is not just about the scale.  I am loving feeling fit (though to many I am sure I don't look fit).  I feel fit and that is what matters :)  Glad you had a good weekend :)

It was a long weekend, but a busy one.  Between myself, friends and family there was 8 of us that had babies in 1996 and they all graduated over the weekend.  Lots of parties and tons of time with friends and family which I loved.

L: Spaghetti squash taco casserole

V: Forgot before work, will take when I get home

W: 48oz down and going

E: 1-1/2 hours hot yoga after work

1172 Calories, 39 Carbs, 100 Protein

Congrats on having a son/daughter graduation this weekend, Jennifer!  That must feel like such a great accomplishment!

Hi guys! No time to write much at the moment, but I did want to check in. The last couple of days have been horrible for me food-wise, so I'm working to get back on track. I overdid the carbs and just ate much more than I wanted/needed to. So for now it's time to get the nose back to the grindstone!

Water: Low for the moment, had a dental appointment this morning and couldn't do my morning water like I usually do. I'll make it up.

Supplements: A bit behind on these as well, working on it.

Exercise: This has been hard lately, I have zero motivation. I have a personal training session at 5:30, though, so I'll talk to her and get some inspiration.

Food: Skipped breakfast due to just not wanting to eat anything, here's the rest -
