What's on the menu today, RNYers?
My tablet was messed up and I had to wait for hubby to get home and fix it for me,hence the late post. Exercise done by 8 am today: 3 miles with Lily and 20 minutes of the 30 day shred. Vitamins all done except bedtime dose and met my fluid goals too. On to food:B 1/2 c steel cut oats with but mix and 1/2 banana with peanut butter L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese and 1/2 c Greek yogurt S apple with peanut butter D 31/2 oz fish and 1/2 c garbanzo beans,mushrooms andnpea pods mixed together S 3/4 c Greek yogurt with nuts. Sounds like all had a busy day. Seen you tomorrow!!

There were these Italian cookies, unfortunately by the end of v the day I had eaten 5. They were small but I feel so defeated !
I look forward to reading more than twice a day.
