Hi Molly! Thank you so much for posting this recipe! I am currently a vegan, and plan to be as close to vegan as I can after surgery. So this recipe sounds like a delicious blessing to me. I may have issues further out that I can't foresee, but as of now I can't wait to try this even before surgery. Blessings! ;)
