Luckily my pouch seems happy with food in the AM. I've heard a lot of people like the Syntrax mint cookie, but I can't handle mint flavor very well. I also have a protein drink graveyard in my pantry. The only protein drink I can handle without gagging is unjury chocolate splendor with almond milk.

If I only had some time to shop this week! Next week though...

I only use protein shakes if I am on the run.I like the Pure Protein the banana one is drinkable. I am not a fan.

B:Eggs with salsa and a cheese stick melted in it

L:Pork tenderloin from last night with sugar-free peach preserves and broccili

D:Stuffed peppers with ground turkey and chicken sausage

S:yogurt maybe

Vitamins are in for the morning round water I am chugging it down.

I am just worried that I can eat more now than before.I keep thinking is the honeymoon over.

Tonight I am hoping to go for a walk out near the one lighthouse.Hoping.

She is a boxer. We got her from a shelter after she was relinquished by a puppy mill. She has had little socialization or even attention, but she is such a sweetie. We've had her about a month and she is adapting amazingly!

LOL @protein shake graveyard.  I have the same!  If there is ever a nuclear holocaust, I could live here for a year with the protein powders I have.  Too bad there isn't a forum for sharing powders if someone pays the shipping!

FF you really do need some clothes in your new smaller size. It is great motivation. I have lots of clothes I like now so I refuse to gain any weight back! That's my motivation to exercise and make good choices every day. 3BH, you will be able to eat more. We would starve to death if we could never eat more than two ounces! By the time In was six months out we were told to begin working at getting a cup of food per meal. It took me probably til 8 months when I could consistently eat one cup of food. At 22 months out most days I eat my cup,but occasionally I will have a meal where I can't quite fini**** You are doing just fine and the weight will continue to come off even as you increase food volume and calories.

What Greek yogurt do you like, Joan?  I only like the banana creme Light and Fit greek...so many of them seem high in carbs to me?  I rarely eat yogurt but I bet my stomach could deal with yogurt more so than turkey or chicken or something dense that early in the day!

Have you tried The Good Bean crunchy chickpeas?  They are sooooo good!
