no sugar added Carnation breakfast drink
It wasn't on my plan at all, but you can always ask your nut or dietician, right? He or she should be able to steer you in the right direction.
I would avoid it because 1) wasn't on my plan-but I know no two plans are the same and 2) the sugar alcohol would wreak havoc on my gut.
ETA: My bad, I looked up the nutrition info...no sugar alcohols...I'm impressed! I'd still check with the nut...just to be sure.

You can... Personally I don't think it's a great choice, not much protein for the calories, but it's up to you.
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
My doc and NUT encourage us to drink it. I drink it daily and have had no problems. It does not contain sugar alcohol (or at least it is not listed as an ingredient), with skim milk it has 13 grams of protein, and only has 170 calories. It is quick and easy (something I can have in the car driving to work) and it taste good:-)
