THE BEST NSV!!!

Every year I have to force my husband to go in fir a check up.   We just got word from Doctors office that his blood pressure is no longer high, his cholesterol levels are now normal.  He is  not and has not been on any meds (because he wouldn't take them).  He no longer needs to be on meds.  He had his best check up in 5 years.  The only thing different is OUR diet thanks to my RNY.

I am one happy wife!!
