OK, how big of an IDIOT am I??

There are more than one type of Atkins shakes.  The CARB CONTROL Atkins shakes were on my approved list as well.  Those do not have 9 grams or fat, have only 1 gram of sugar and almost no carbs but still 17 grams of protein.  So those Atkins shakes are better for WLS than the regular shakes with the higher fat and calorie counts.
