I'll make this short and sweet since it almost bedtime here in London.. I hope everyone is having a great Wednesday :)
Time since surgery: 16 Months
Breakfast: 1/4 cup rolled oats, 4 large strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Chicken breast w/ steamed veggies
Snack: 10 Roasted shrimp (delicious!)
Dinner: Chicken breast, sautéed spinach, cauliflower mash w/spring onion
Water: 9 Cups
Vitamins: All done
Exercise: Lazy bum!
Feeling: GOOD!
