sweating/nervous episode

So this is what that is. It also happened to me, I was at Sams and I didnt think I was going to make it to the car.Sheesh I hope that never happens again, I thought I was going to pass out.

I am almost 9yrs out and this still happens to me on occasion. It typically happens to me if I've eaten candy or a lot of carbs but not until a couple hours later. It is a horrible feeling! A couple of months ago I was in Walmart and I was the same way...not sure I was going to make it to the car and/or home. I was sweaty, shaky, racing heart, nauseous. It is avoidable if I do what I'm supposed to be doing though so I try to keep that in mind when I'm wanting something I have no business eating anyway.
