Full filling
For me it is pretty quick.
And it is not always a full "feeling" as much as I just know I have eaten enough and any more will end in me bent over a toilet bowl.
I have definitely gotten better at interpreting my full feeling, before surgery, I did not feel full until I felt miserable. And would be miserable for hours. Now, I stop before I feel bad and generally have no issues (at least if I do not eat fast).
I have never gotten what I call a full feeling like I had before surgery. Bottom line, I get a sick feeling. If I eat to much I will throw up. This really works for me because I don't throw up easily. There's no question that this sick feeling has been the biggest contributor to my success. I have learned portion control!!
