Hello!!

I am 6 weeks Post op from RNY surgery.

So far my only complaint is the morning sickness.  Literally every morning, no matter what.

I am trying new foods slowly but surely.  My NUT tells me that I need to let my education overcome my fear ( of getting sick)

and step out.  I have only dumped once on Sugar Free Pudding.  Once and only once as you all well know!!!

I am married, with 4 kids. Well they are technically adults except my youngest daughter is a senior in high school.

2 in college, freshman and junior and my oldest is 24 with a BA in Dance and a JOB! :)

I started this journey when my hip arthritis pretty much kept me down and out. So I am praying that as I keep losing

I will be able to go and do like I was able to before.

At the Dr this week I was 234.

I am well on my way!

Try drinking tea in the morning if you are getting queasy.  I don't really get dumping on s.f. pudding, because dumping involves sugar getting into your intestines too quickly.   Good Luck.
