Seriously though. You look phenomenal and you have worked so hard! With the time you have put in on your diet (and helping others on these boards) you deserve only the best in life. It is awesome to see wonderful things happening to a wonderful person.

All three arms, breast lift and tummy was $10,855. Duke plastic surgery is a lot less than the private sector believe it or not.
Dr Erdmann did my surgery.
