Typical Weight Loss at Post-Op Appt

I'm just wondering if I'm on track, so what is the typical weight loss at the 2 week post-op appt?

Oh for crying out loud. It is literally impossible for anyone to be "off track" at two weeks post-op. Relax and enjoy your journey. ;)

I was down 20 lbs around two weeks, but everyone is different and loses different.

Anything from just a pound or two to 20 pounds is "typical."

I was concerned that maybe I was loosing too quickly. Surgery was 09/25/14 and I've lost 16 lbs.

As Kelly said, it varies a lot. HERE is a post-op planner that can give you an idea of what you can expect. It was pretty close to how I actually lost month to month.
