Has anyone tried the new Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt protein shakes? They are DELICIOUS!!!! I guess its kinda like eating a greek yogurt but they are so tasty, its like drinking an ice cream smoothie. I'm about 20 months out and down 178 lbs. I have been around the same weight for the last 2 months. I'm trying to step up my game to get the last 20 lbs off. I havent been here in a long time but it looks like nothing has really changed. :)

Can you get them at the grocery ... Kroger? In what section. My husband shops and I have to be VERY specific when I send him for a new item. Where should he look?

They are sold in a four-pack in the yogurt section next to the Danactive drinks. Vanilla, strawberry, banana, and maybe blueberry. 10 ounces bottles for $6 a pack. See nutrition below.

$1.50 for a 10-ounce bottle = 140 calories, 23 grams carb, 5 grams fiber, 14 grams sugar, 12 grams protein

IMO, better to follow the rule--EAT your calories rather than DRINK your calories--DENSE protein, ya know. Besides, eating the Dannon Light and Fit yogurt in the 32-ounce tub gives you more bang for the buck. $3.04 and a whopping 72 grams of protein for the entire tub.

Hi, my weight has been the same for quite a while, too. I stepped it up this summer to no avail wondering if this is where I'm meant to be? Btw, thanks alot for "making me spend $6" on trying the new protein shake offering by Dannon :)

I was just at the store today and didn't see them!! I got some of the yogurts though. I think the first one I tried was Vanilla Coconut. Pretty darn good!! How has the RNY been for you? You and I are the same height with the same starting and goal weight!! Crazy!! I am planning on going with the VSG in March but sometimes I think about the RNY instead. What are your personal thoughts? Also, do you have a lot of extra skin? Do you think that may be adding to the last 20 lbs that you want to get off? If so keep that in mind just in case you start getting frustrated!! Goodluck!
