Too high in carbs and sugar for me and not enough protein.  Just, my opinion.

I am not sure what people are confusing with the Dannon protein smoothies, but the one I use is 18 grams of protein for 130 calories and an excellent on the go choice.  The eleven carbs are milk sugars and not going to put me into dumping.

That last chunk of pounds is always difficult.  The body just goes to where it is comfortable and then stops.

Someone else mentioned that there are two versions, one with Greek yogurt and one "regular" one.  I only saw the regular one at Walmart and it had the lower protein, higher sugar count as stated above.
