Weight tracker? Please help

So I am usually pretty good with computer stuff but I cannot figure out how to add my weight tracker thing to the bottom of my posts like everyone else.  Can someone give me some instruction.

You know, I just did this like seconds ago, lets see if it works. I went to view profile, then customize profile under my username, over to the health tracker tab and pushed the blue health tracker tab on the right side after that, then select the ticker and widgets tab..

It worked!! Now if I could just get a photo on my profile. It says its too big.. I don't know how to make it smaller?

I had that problem with my photo too.  I ended up copying the url from my blog picture and it worked.  You could possibly use one from Facebook....
