4 months post op Stall
That is a pretty long stall but you have lost a lot of weight. Are you tracking your calories, getting your water and exercising?

Also, are you measuring yourself? You're probably losing inches instead.

4 weeks is not a long stall... I've read some people say on here it's not a real stall unless it is at least a month. That being said I am sure it's driving you crazy. First of all you have lost a lot in 4 month... sometimes your body just needs a re-adjust period. I had a 3 1/2 week stall that started after week 1 and I had a 2 1/2 week stall later on. I am also 4 months out. You can be doing everything right and still get a stall. My only suggestions are change up what you are eating, don't get in a rut. Both times my stalls broke i ate a little more, or had some added fat. Sometimes we can be too low-fat.

I was in exactly the same spot as you! This shall pass. I saw my doctor at the end of my first month long stall and he reassured me that it was normal, I was on track, and the scale would move. 4 days later I dropped 4 pounds.
I am finding that I stall on a normal basis. After that one I lost 20 pounds and have been at a stall again for 3 weeks. When I see this happening I step off the scale for a while because sadly, it is very frustrating. I see my doc again on the 17th and have decided to stay off of the scale until that day. I am so close to 'onederland' I can taste it!!
Best of luck on your journey! Sounds like you are having much success already!
