Is the 6 month diet requirement 6 or 7 visits with PCP?

It was six for me. Six in a row. I started in January. Missed Feb. So had to restart with my March visit.

So could you count the march visit and your 6 was up in august?

Depending on your insurance.I had at least six visits with the doctor and nutritionist.The wording can be very vague sometimes.Mine did not say consecutive.

It's usually seven visits. If you have your first visit in January, then your second visit in February is the first month you've been on the diet.
