I haven't dumped yet.  The most sugar I've had in anything is around 8 grams.  I would think you'd be okay with that yogurt, but everyone is different.  Some people dump on very small amounts.

Hi there.  I am 11 months out.  9 grams of carbs is my limit for meal or snack.  Light and Fit greek yogurt is the highest carb thing I eat.  My program advises to consider them a "treat" -- and I do.

There's no universal rule.  The product you're talking about sounds like Dannon's Light & Fit Greek which is very high in protein.  If so, I would say you're probably fine eating it.

However, an even better choice is to get plain greek yogurt and flavor it yourself.  The sugar-free syrups can be great.  I actually used to mix unflavored greek yogurt with PB2 (powdered peanut butter) and a fruit flavored syrup.  Like a PB&J.  :)

The dumping threshold varies from person to person.  I can eat at least 20 grams of sugar without dumping these days.  Others dump on half that.  Of course, many people don't dump at all.

If you stay under 10 grams, you will likely be fine.

My doctor said no more than 13g sugar at any serving and my personal goal is no more than 50-56g per day (so far my highest has been 30 for the full day). So I use that as my guide.  As for carbs my daily goal is 50g per day, but since I'm only 3ish weeks out I'm well below that.

That's a lot of sugar. You might want to rethink that. Over time it tends to creep up, not down, and if you are having that much sugar at three weeks, you are headed for trouble.
