calcium citrate flavor advice

I use two: I use Upcal powdered in my shakes. It's tasteless, you can also put it in water.
I also use celebrate soft chews in chocolate. They are pretty tasty without that dry powdery taste.
Calcet creamy bites from Celebrate are yummy, but costly.
I use Upcal D and pills mostly.

My two sources of calcium citrate are the Bariatric Advantage 500 mg chews in caramel and a liquid supplement from a brand named Solgar. I buy the blueberry flavor-there is also strawberry flavored ( which really tastes like real strawberries-it's not too sweet like most strawberry flavored items), and I can find it locally at The Vitamin Shoppe. It also contains D3 and magnesium citrate. They are both kind of pricey compared to the calcium pills, but they are worth it to me since the pills are just too thick for me to swallow easily.

Agree with the Bariatric Advantage yummy chews! They are my daily "candy" treat! Currently I have a big selection... Caramel, Orange, Chocolate, Raspberry, and Lemon. The Peanut Butter ones were liked by hubby, but not my thing. The Lemon is my favorite, but I mix the others in there too.
Calcet creamy bites in Lemon are the ones I can tolerate the best, the chocolate are OK, I use them too. They are softer than the other chews almost like a piece of chocolate candy consistency rather than a caramel candy consistency and I find them easier to tolerate. I bought them from celebrate vitamins, but you can get them other places too. I know Amazon has them, and I think Netrition too.
edited for spelling...LOL
