Feeling more restriction eating meat......

I agree with KW...fish was definitely easiest early out...and in fact still is. I live in Alaska so have a lot of access to good salmon, halibut and seafood and it is very much the easiest protein for me to eat and feel good.  I have yet to feel like I have room for bread or crackers and I'll be 2 years out in February, but I know all plans vary.  But the carbs are really not so good for me and the protein is so important.  I do manage a bit of veggies and fruit a couple times of day, but just a bit and only after the protein. I also enjoy a really good cut of prime filet now and then, but can't manage much of it..still it goes much easier than ground beef.  Ground chicken works a little better for things you would use gr beef for.  Good luck reaching your goals!!

I get sick with pretty much anything protein but chicken and cheese. Seafood, eggs and any ground meat are aweful and I am seven and a half weeks out and still can only get a couple of baby spoons down. Everyone says it gets better.
