Protein bars. Yay or Nay?

Great thread! Love Quest bars...ate one every day pre workout for first six months this year while training for a half marathon and even ate one during the half to get me through without bonking! Stopped for a while as I was not logging quite as many miles but will still use occasionally when doing an hour long run of six or more miles...white chocolate raspberry is my favorite! I've ordered them directly from Quest and they are a little cheaper that way.
