Question? Vitamins and traveling outside US
I'm planning a vacation outside the US. Has anyone else and if so:
do you keep your vitamins in the original containers? or is it ok to put them in individual daily baggies?
do you pack them in the check on bag? or better for the carry on?
just don't want to go without my vitamins!!!
thank you for any feedback
The correct way, though is to travel with them in their original bottles with their labels.
I sort vitamins and medicines into pill organizers and tuck them into my carry-on in large ziplock bag that I can pull out of security checks. I have never had any problem with the way I do it.
There is always the chance that checked luggage will be lost, so I pack things I really need to have in my carry-on. Clean underwear, a toothbrush and toothpaste, one change of clothes, and my medicine and vitamins.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I keep a couple of days worth of vitamins/meds in a pill organizer in my carry-on. I pack the rest in their original bottles in my suitcase. It's never been an issue.
