Very Discouraged

Everyone IS different.

I was not on a carb-restricted plan and made it to my goal weight. That doesn't mean everyone can/can't. You have to figure out what works for your body.

My 2 cents..

You aren't that heavy, so you may lose slower.

I only lost 19 pounds in my first month -- I made it to goal.  It can happen slowly too.

Yes, I would be frustrated too.  Let it motivate you move more and maybe shake up your diet. Just hang in there!!!

If this menu is representative of what you eat most days, I'd say there's absolutely nothing wrong with your diet or your exercise.  I strongly disagree with the advice that fruit is somehow an issue.

I don't know your age or height but assuming you are a perfectly average 5' 5" white American female, you "only" have 80-100 pounds of excess weight.  Your body only burns so many calories a day; you can only lose so fast.  Calories in, calories out.  Your progress and numbers look perfectly normal to me.

Cheer up.  You're right on track.

Your loss seems totally normal and to be expected! Your diet is perfect and the loss will come. Settle in to this life time change . you are a light weight.  The loss may be a bit slower but it adds up quickly. Don't weigh if it freaks you out like this.

Going up in weight can be caused by water retention, needing a bowel movement or about to have your period. I know it is discouraging but hang in there. Try the scale in a couple of days and see if it changed. If you are being honest about what you eat you will lose

Thank you. This is what my Nutritionist said as well. I am completely honest about what I have eaten. Cheating isnt worth it. She did say that i shouldnt have baby bel cheese as a snack because its protein and protein should be eaten with meals.

I am curious what she feels you should eat as a snack?

She said that cheese is a protein and should only be eaten with meals.

that my snacks should be milk or a light and fit yogurt with 1 oz fruit.

It is funny how different centres say different things. I have always used baby bel as a snack.

I hope things improve for you

This kind of funny... cheese, milk and yogurt are all dairy products and essentially the same thing. I wonder why your nutritionist would differentiate between milk and cheese and why say one is a "meal" and the other a "snack".
