AT GOAL...and having mixed emotions
Great job! It's the same for us guys also: I still don't see my weight loss in the mirror. I can think it through logically: I've lost over 90 lbs, my pants have dropped from a 48 waist to a 38, I've taken my measurements, etc., but I still see myself as being really big. And I'm glad for my sagging skin: it's physical proof about how far I've come!

150 lost and maintaining!
Increasing calories make sense if you eating very little now...
More important is imo to check your pritein level. If your blood protein levels are low normal, or below normal, adding extra lettings will naturally increase calories, But it would also help you retain your muscles..
Going below goal is ok as long as you are healthy and feel strong and don't lose too much muscle mass in a process...that's why increasing proteins (add an extra shake, or snack protein based) may be important.
Talk to the doc.
I went too low for me and my body frame...i also did not feel vet good, strong...
After i regained 10-15 lbs i was happy...unfortunately with that 15 - i gained an additional 15 that i was not happy about...ugh..since then i lost 10...and i am working on the last 5...(that is a ***** to get rid off)
Some people get too low...get used to the lower number..enjoy the very small size of clothing...so when they gain some of the weight back (and look better - less wrinkles) there are not happy...t took me a while to accept my new size 6-8, and give away my sizes 2-4...
When i was losing...i felt i would be happy with size 12..or below.. Now, when my 8s get tight..i freak out. Really...
BTW congratulations on losing so fast and meeting the goal.

Congrats on reaching your goal. How many calories are you eating now? As others have said, be careful about adding too many back. Many here have to keep their calories pretty low to maintain. Finding the balance is important.
Skin may tighten up a little, but do not expect too much.
The mental part is definitely the hardest part. It took me several years to feel balanced again.

Have you lost 140 since august? Wow!
my skin is still changing at a year out. I'm going to have lots but it changes for the better!
I'm almost 37 but my skin did tighten up with some time. I had what I use to laughingly refer to as my kangaroo pouch but it's much better now having given it a few months to catch up. The only place I have more excess skin left than I like is on the back of my arms and so I'm hoping that if I can build up some extra muscle that maybe that will drape better or maybe fill it in a little. Keep me posted on how you do with the skin I would be curious to know your end results. I'm trying to decide now if I want to start saving for an arm lift or not and am curious about what others have decided.

BTW..... I think you look damn good after your weight loss
