You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

As soon as I am able to have veggies, I will. Like I said in the post, it was about carbs, not having candy. I have done everything that has been required of me. I am very conscious of what I put in my body and track everything. I could have had sugary yogurt, but I had a half of a fun sized Three Musketeers. I also was curious about dumping, so what. I know junk will only lead to failure, having appropriate carbs was included in my post. Adding a few carbs made the scale move. Not having carbs, made the scale stop. Adding a FEW carbs back, made it move again. I wanted to know if anyone else experienced that. A stall is very frustrating, and I had a question about it. I don't need a lecture and condensation about my foolishness and magic carbs. Everyone's body reacts to things slightly differently, and I pay close attention to how my body reacts to certain things. My doctor has a strict policy on carbs, and it may not be the most effective plan for my body. Other doctors have people eating bread and potatoes. I'm not saying that is what I am doing or planning to do, but I think finding the sweet spot for my weight loss would be extremely beneficial and help keep me on track. Having people who are supposed to be here for support, but belittle me, certainly does not.

When the Patriots lost two Superbowls to the Giants, I watched at a friend's house. When I watched this year's game at my house, in my favorite chair, they won again. It can't be a coincidence. Me and my chair won four Superbowls.

Well then I will be sure to find out where you are watching the game next year so I can place my bets.

Are you a Pats fan?  I spent the entire game standing up because every time I sat down something disastrous happened.  That interception at the end?  I was jumping up and down and it worked!  I do get a little superstitious about my Pats.
