Next time Denver is in the Super Bowl, I will come to your place with a case of top quality Rib Eyes (and a filet for myself) and someone to grill 'em up for us!

Do you have a footstool or something you could dedicate to my Lions?  It'd be nice to at least glimpse the Superbowl...

You are "able" to have candy bars, but you aren't "able" to have veggies?

A bite of candy won't bust any staples or block a stoma. I'm glad you all think this is funny. I'm working at trying to figure out how to get my loss going, and adding some carbs worked. I am apparently the only person in the history of weight loss surgery that had one bite of something that I wasn't supposed to. GOD STRIKE ME DOWN NOW, OMG I'M GOING TO HELL AND DIE MORBIDLY OBESE FROM 5 GRAMS OF SUGAR AND 6 TOTAL ADDITIONAL CARBS!!!! I didn't realize that this wasn't a support forum, but an I'm better than you forum because you are such a loser. I hope you all feel so high and mighty and better than me.

No one thinks what you did is funny.

Go back and read your original post, objectively. Does eating a candy bar to jumpstart weight loss make any sort of sense to you, honestly? And STOP changing the phrase to a FEW CARBS. It wasn't a few carbs, it was a CANDY BAR, two times.

Nothing good will come of this. Three weeks is way to soon for this behavior -- and by that I mean not just eating candy, but testing whether or not you dump, convincing yourself that a candy bar isn't a candy bar, rationalizing your actions to make them seem not only less harmful, but actually healthy.

No, it's not funny. We want you to succeed, but at only three weeks, you've raised some major red flags.

Let's re-read my post. I had half of a fun sized candy bar. Once. Look up the nutrition facts, 30 calories, 5 grams of sugar, 6 carbs. That is a few. The second time, I said I added more carbs, not candy. I used my protein shake that had more carbs in it, as opposed to the one that has no carbs in it. I have had 64 ounces of water a day, 60 grams of protein per day, and 600 calories. Even on the days that I had more carbs, I still stayed in my ranges. Was it a bite of a candy bar, yes it was, it was candy. I was honest about what I had, I am not hiding it. I also said that I was wondering if adding carbs would help my weight loss, and if it did I would add the appropriate foods and amounts when I am able to have that variety. I track everything I put in my body. I workout daily. I follow all the rules, and guess what, my body stopped losing almost immediately. I changed something, and it worked. I changed back, it didn't work. I changed it again, it worked. What we put into our bodies affects what it does. I wanted to know if anyone else experienced this with their shift in carbs. Did I commit a mortal sin by having a bite of something I shouldn't have, OMG, I MUST HAVE! I am going to be a complete failure due to a one inch section of chocolate. I made a mistake, and in doing so, made the scale move. Have I had more chocolate, several days later, NO. I have lost several more pounds though. And if my carbs are less than 20, I won't see the scale move tomorrow. If you read all the posts about what people eat, there is a wide range of carb levels. I am trying to find the one that works for me, and I asked for advice about carbs, not lectures about cheating. And yes, I wanted to know about dumping. There are a lot of changes my body is going through, and I would like to know what it feels like at home, so I don't have a problem in public.

I'm sorry. I just didn't realize how completely in denial you really were.
