What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Full disclosure: I love Arby's. And you know, a Jr. Roast Beef is only 210 calories...

I will keep in mind.
The issue is: Groomy and I are heavily in debt after the wedding. It is church night/date night. We have a coupon for the french dips ...2 for 6.50. I like arby's but not so much that I cant stop. What gets me are carby things that are tasty alone like really good steel cut oatmeal with tasty things in it (like bananas or almonds and cherries), cheesy breads, mashed/baked potatoes with cheese. Rice with pesto, rice with cheese, rice with anything in it. I dont know WHAT it is about carbs..but man. I totally miss cracklin oat bran (addictive dry), fruit loops and coco pebbles. God. coco pebbles. Anythign chocolate is a trigger.
But generally with a savory sandwich...I can stop

My favorite drink is Click. Wi**** had less carbs though. I can drink it hot but I prefer it mixed with milk and ice in the blender. My real favorite is to make it with chocolate milk sweetened with Stevia but that milk has the same stats as skim milk so I try to avoid the carbs. Ham is my favorite meat.
Still not feeling up to par after the sinus surgery. I left work at 2:00 yesterday and went home and rested all evening. I made Broccoli Cheese Soup from a low carb recipe and it was awful. Looked like pond scum and probably didn't taste much better. My tastebuds are just not working. I guess all that work on the sinuses disturbed them. Absolutely nothing tastes good but I get hungry. Hubby offered me some of his chocolate covered almonds and they were really tasty, but I can't eat those. Even my Click shake has no taste. Still can't sleep lying down. Another night in the recliner.

Yay, another Click fan! I've just been making it with water and ice in my blender bottle. Love it!

Have a great day all ...
I mentioned this above, too, but I find that a nice tender steak is one of the easier meats for me to eat; much easier than say a burger or chili or something.

Good morning! What a great question . . . I just discovered that there is such a thing as a tea latte. I was a big coffee drinker and my doc told me no more. I was so happy to get a decaf tea latte made with skim milk. I have been making them at home too. So yummy. Also just discovered something called "just the cheese". LOVE it. They come in individual serving sizes and it's crunchy cheese bites. Low in carbs, good protein and crunchy. My whole family likes them.
