Hi Laura!

since you're 6.5 years out and maintaining I wanted to known if you always aim for 1500 cals? 

Im at goal at 17 months out and have been maintaining for the past 5-6 months eating between 1200-1500 cals with close to the same macros as you in terms of fat, protein and carbs. 

Do you set a calorie/carb goal?

Thanks. I usually eat 1800-2000 calories a day to maintain. I am mindful about carbs but I don't really worry about them unless I am up a few pounds, then I cut back to 1500 and try to keep the carbs to under 100.

It sounds like your numbers are exactly where they need to be. That is half the battle. Good for you for figuring that out.
