Scale not moving and when it is its very slow.  However inches are coming off.  How is that possible?  Does the fat redistribute?

Don't question it- celebrate it! I know doesn't make sense. Actually I just measured myself today and lost 1" off waist and hips and  have just been bouncing around the same number....

Ditto for me, a week of bouncing around 228, but I just went from an 18 to a 16 jeans today. I'll take it!

Here is how a doctor explained it to me: Our bodies are made up from much more than just fa****er, muscle, excrement, etc. Losing fat is real, but your body may be holding on to other stuff to stay balanced for a bit, but it will catch up!

Congrats on losing those inches :)
