What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
It was "frosty" here this morning! bbbbrrrr My 4 year old was loving all the frost every where! Ahhh to be a kid again! lol
Once again I attempted to walk on the treadmill this morning while the boys watched cartoons in the livingroom. And once again the 2 year old decided to come in and try and kill himself to get to Mommy. ugh I know I should drop them off at daycare, then come back and do my workouts. But the sitter has been feeling under the weather so I am trying to give her a break. But that just means me not getting my workouts in....which means my anxiety gets horrible and whatnot. ![]()

Congrats on the weight loss!!
As one toddler mom to another.....take the kids to the sitter. If she's sick and calls off fine keep them home. But giving her a break because she pulls on your heart strings seems a little like maybe she is taking advantage of your kind nature. You have to take care of you and stress relief is really important for us toddler/teenager moms! ![]()
Oh trust me, she NEVER takes advantage, and is really really great. She has only taken a few days off in the million years I have used her. So I don't mind taking a few days to let her rest a bit.
But after that, BACK to dropping them off early! hahaha ![]()
I'm in a major funk today. The cupcakes I made for the charity bake sale look like a 4 year old made them (although they taste fine), my new pedals for my bike are missing in action by the usps, and my hubbie decided we are NOT going on a family cruise in February. Ugh. Not one of those things should have put me in this funk but for some reason I feel down. Its also cold and drizzly here which never helps my mood. The boy child has been a complete pain in the ass lately and I haven't been working out or eating like I should be. I guess I start eating better and control what I can control and let the rest slide off. Easier said than done... sorry for the bummer post.
