A Scale Victory

Good afternoon everyone.  I wanted to share a pretty cool scale victory with all of you.  I get my health care through Kaiser.  They have a very robust online medical record that allows me to see my medical record, lab results and a ton of other health information online.  I was looking at my medical record and found a feature that allows me to see my weight over a long period of time in graph form.  This information is pulled from my medical record each time my weight is recorded in my chart.  The visual is remarkable and a good illustration of how amazing a tool RNY is.  It's pretty easy to see on the chart when I started my pre and post RNY journey.  It's also a tool I will use to make sure I don't see an upward trend in that line.

I also took a look at the list of my ongoing health conditions, and noticed that my physician removed obesity from my problem list. Yay!!!

I am forever grateful for my RNY tool.
