Please take this advice from an old vet. Surgical and age wise :-) now!!! Is the time to measure yourself . Arms, legs , waist, hips , you get the idea , because...soon will come a few days, even a week and no pounds lost and you will think omg what am I doing wrong . When the stall comes, you are losing inches. Wishing you all the best on this wild journey .

I wish I had taken measurements, the scale hasn't moved for me in over a week and I'm freaking out...  I'm changing up my diet and trying to hydrate better and I'm HOPING that kicks the weight loss back in.

AWESOME!  How are you feeling?  Don't hesitate to ask for help or guidance if you want. Fresh post op is scary, emotional and just plain hard.  Been there, done that, and happy to help if you need it!

Keep up the great work and welcome to the Losers Bench!
