Thank you so much for this recipe. The only problem was I ate a little too much and it got stuck in my chest. But that was a lesson learned!

It was very tasty and easy to make. I'll definitely be trying your recipes in the future.

Maybe it was me and not liking marinara I only had 2 bites of it and waited 20 minutes to pick up a protein shake. It wasnt bad just not what I had in mind I guess.

The items in there though are all I like sans marinara. It was fun though finding other recipes to use now that I can Eat.

For those wondering what the heck are those girls talking about:

Shelly's Ricotta Bake

8 oz of Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 large Egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Mix ricotta cheese, parmesan, beaten egg, seasonings together and place in a oven proof dish. Pour marinara on top and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake it in the oven @ 450 for about 20-25 minutes (best) or nuke it till hot and bubbly. I usually made it first in the oven and heated the leftovers in the microwave.

Aww what a lovely message to log on and find. Thank you for the smile. It was the first food that made me feel like a human again... careful in the first few weeks... our mouths want more but the new guts not so much ;) It did sort of retrain me to savor bites and flavors more.

Thank again for the shout out :)
