So today I officially made it into the two-hundreds.  I'm now down 61 lbs since surgery.  It's been slower than I expected; but the addition of my new and fantastic counselor has really helped in the last few weeks.  I'm finally getting this figured out.  Been tracking in MFP, doing my exercise, just need to reign the carbs in a little tighter.

Thank you to my OH family!!

Awesome that you are losing! Even if it's slow,  as long as you are working it,  you will lose.

Remember,  you areally worth it.

Good for you! Get momentum with this, and hold it for the rest of your life. Tomorrow begets tomorrow.
