Best Coffee Protein Drink?
Before surgery I was a big iced coffee drinker. I am now 2 months post op. I have not had any since but I do miss them. I know there are several products that incorporate protein into a coffee type drink and figured that would be a good way to solve the craving and get my protein in at the same time. I have seen Click and Fit Frappe and didn't know if there were others and which is best. I was wondering what everyone's favorite is? For iced drinks mainly especially with the warm weather starting. TIA
Chike, I luv it.

I have used lots of syntax nectar cappuccino flavor. I mix with cold decaf and fair life milk or water. I would do 12oz liquid with 1.5 scoop to get 30g protein. I made night ahead to shake up and then let foam settle. Add ice to shaker bottle in morning and shake n go. This powder "melts" into liquid better than most.
I like Click Caramel, but I need it more creamy, so I add 2 T of SF vanilla coffee mate.

Best protein coffee?
Make a very strong coffee - I.e esspresso...make a small serving of your favorite protein shake. Then mix them together. Add ice.
Use instant coffee to add to your proteins...regular or decaff. Blend.
I used to use premier protein shakes instead of coffee creamer.

I just put a scoop of GenePro powder (its medical grade protein powder-30 grams in one tablespoon i believe- I order it online on amazon) into my cup of coffee. It mixes with any noncarbonated liquid. Hot or cold. I put it in my hot tea or cup of soup or whatever. But every a.m. i just put it in my coffee. As far as I can tell it has no flavor or texture/dissolves completely.
I like "believe" premade shakes they have Italian cappuccino they are only available online, a bit on the pricey side so instead most o the time I do my own "decaf" coffee in a large cup with one stevia, some heavy creamer and if I'm feeling fancy walden farms sugar free caramel syrup omg talk about a yummmm
