Surgery Over... Back Home

Right after surgery when they had me start sipping, I wasn't able to take the whole ounce at once (and was very careful not to).  Now that I'm home, I find it easy to take the 1 ounce at a time.  I don't try anything more as I don't want to pu**** to far, but using the 1 ounce cup has been very beneficial.  I think I'm getting the idea of how much an ounce is.  I'm just trying to take is slow and steady these first few days.
