Even though I'm having the sleeve, I'll add mine. September 7th. Only 3 days away yikes! I've been on liquid only diet for a week now and it's been going great. I've lost an additional 12 pounds during this week. So nervous yet so ready!
I am scheduled for Gastric Bypass on Sept 29. Started Optifast on August 27th. One week down, three to go. Already down to my Optifast week 2 goal, set by my dietician.
