Getting enough protein!!!

You are doing well, Cjonorcas.  Medical staff instructed me to work up to, not start out with, 65 grams of protein per day.  Water, moving, and rest were the main focus.  I even propped a sports bottle on a pillow with water slowly seeping in the corner my mouth while sound asleep.  Try it; it works.

I am only 3 weeks out but I know what you mean about protein shakes.  lol  Atkins makes a Lift protein water that has 20 g of protein.  The lemon isn't quite as sweet.  Or you can purchase unflavored (natures best)protein powder, 0 sugar, o carbs, from Amazon.  It has 25g protein per 1 scoop and you can add it to anything hot or cold.
