Both patches- the multi and B12 have a lot B6. B6 can accumulate in the body - and get toxic really fast. 

High B6 can cause nerve damage - permanent nerve damage. Make sure you get tested for B6  often. 

I got toxic at one point. It took 3 years for my levels to go down.  I wonder if some of my medical issues were related to high b6...I.e Pituatary issues...I'll need to ask my endo next time I see her. 

Now it is normal... And my Pituatary dysfunction is slowly going away...
