NSV two moments

Lol i'm still relatively new here to, about three months. I asked what a NSV was as well. It means "non scale victory". So something that means a lot to you and/or an accomplishment that doesn't involve the scale. 

Wonderful! Thanks. When I did Nutrisystem (which was great until I got so sick of the food that I couldn't stand it), posters had NSV - Nutrisystem Victories. I figured that couldn't be the same thing here!

And, while I'm being dense, what does "hag" mean here?

I have no idea. I see that to sometimes lol
