How do you get the 'Weight Loss' Ticker in your signatures???

Can someone tell me how you are able to get those tickers in your signature line?  Thank you!

There are some icons on the top right of your screen.  Click on the middle one.  When the weight part pops up, looks toward the left and you'll see a blue button that says, "manage tickers."  Click on that, and it should take you to where you can design your ticker and save it.
